Any collection agency contacting has to state who they are. The fact that I have had the same lady and she refused to give me her company's name. Makes me wonder. Is she actually official. It's not against privacy regulations to share your company name. Still be careful in verifying anything with this nice lady.

It's a collection agency, I'm assuming most likely for medical because she had all my medical bills I haven't been able to pay in full. Very nice lady.

Ditto above; received call today from same "Unknown Caller" and "No caller ID" and it was from Jan, sounding like an older number. She had my first name but did not leave any information. 775-284-4271

I received a call today, it said restricted on my caller id. The women left a voicemail, she said her name is Jan and to please call her at 775-284-4271. She did not leave the name of the company she was calling from. I called the number back (with my number blocked of course) and the women, Jan answered the phone. I asked what company she was with and she told me that she needed to know who she was speaking with. I said well who are you with and she said she needed my name to give that information. She is an older women.
