Claims to be able to lower credit rates on my current credit cards.

Calling to lower credit card rates. No business name was mentioned. I was told to press 1 to speak to a representative, but no number to call to be taken off the list. (I'm already on the government's do not call list, and this is a cell phone.) I waited a moment to see if I would be given an option, and then it hung up on me. When I called the number back, I got this message "The Magic Jack number you've call has yet to be assigned to a customer."
