This company calls me at least twice a week. They offer to lower my credit card debt. When I start to ask questions to try to find out who they are they hang up on me. This has been going on for a couple of months. Today I was told the name of the company was Card Member Services out of Arizona. When I started to ask him more intrusive questions to try to get specifics on the company he hung up on me. This has continually happend from this company for months. I would like to see them prosecuted for harassing me. My credit score is in the top 5% nationally and I have no credit card debt. I'm sorry but I haven't kept all of the dates they have called me but it has been many times.

Lower credit card interest rates. The call starts by stating I am may be eligible for lower credit card interest rates. If I am press "1" and speak to an agent. I press "1" and ask to be removed from their call list. I am hung up on. This has been on going for several years. They are calling my mobile phone. The calls are always from a different area code.
