My call was from Ben Cruz, also Indian and extremely hard to understand. He said my computer had a virus and needed access. I told him I needed to do some research and verify information. Was told that was not necessary and that he was legit. I told him I still needed to research and would call back if necessary and asked for a phone number. He told me is would appear in my caller ID.

I had a from 775-444-8628, the caller ID showed Burbank, NV. The gentleman on the line was obviously Indian yet said his name was James Clark with The Geek out of Reno, NV. He called stating that my computer is infected with a virus and he asked when the last time I had a virus scan. I did not tell him anything and immediately asked him for his ID# and he stated they do not have them. When I told him we were a business he freaked out and hung up.
