Its a scam caller. They try all kinds of crap and call all day long.
Do yourself a favor and turn all the ringers off on your home phones.
Get rid of the answering machine you have ( They are archaic and useless)
So when your phone flashes just look at your ID display if it's no one you know DON'T Answer.
