Scum collections agency that buys old debt (over 2 years so cannot be collected). Ask them for their address and send them a letter by registered mail saying you 1) dispute the charges 2) demand they stop calling. Make note of if they ignore this, and how they harass you. Then for Ontario - contact the Ministry of Consumer Services (google) and report these low lives.

They've called us lots before, asking for our birthdates, claiming we've got telus bills at the collection agency.
I can't find much info, but they're fake and annoying. Block their number and it's not a bad idea to report them to the RCMP. Don't call 911, call their actual office line.

They always call at night and never leave a message. We don't pick up because the caller ID says it's from an "Unknown Name". I just blocked the number through our SHAW call block service.
