As previously stated it's a survey company.
If you live in BC and have done an Autoplan transaction within the last month or two they are most likely calling on behalf of ICBC to do a survey on the type of experience you had at the brokers office during your transaction and your view of ICBC as a whole. I know this because I am an Autoplan broker and we do let people know that NRG may call them. Also, the comments you give are noted and given to the brokerage's office so that they can work on any issues customers have with their service.
