Why is a person in Alberta, Canada offering an USA citizen help on their credit card and mortgage rates?!!! LMAO! Poor Rachel must not be doing well because this is about the thousandth time she's called in the last year. Talk about males who don't understand "NO" all you want, but this is one female that's the same. Hoping someday she gets a headache. Bwahahaha!!!!!!

*P.S. - This girl gets around. She's called me from everywhere except Antarctica.

Rachel from Cardholder services again. She uses a different number every time. Usually calls on my home phone, but this one was on my cell, which is a lot worse. Both my phones have been registered with donotcall since I got them 8 years ago. I really hope the government can stop these calls.

I was called from this #
Said they want to lower my rates on credit cards. I asked which ones and he said Visa & Master Card then hung up. This # Should be reported to proper authority's. I do not have either card. This should not be allowed. I do not know where this type of calls get away with getting cell phone's #s and calling people.

Got a call from this number and the caller identifying as calling from Federal Government
BUt seemed very unprofessional and asking for confidential information that could lead to identity theft.
