Better interest rate on credit card. When I waited to speak with a representative, the agent clearly was not affiliated with a bank with which I have a card. Hung up when I asked for more specific information about the company.

The want to lower my credit card rate. I do not have a credit card but rather a debit card with no interest rate.

"Account services." I qualified for new credit card rates and consolidation. Upon getting frustrated, actually spoke with person and requested to know the business name and the person on the other end hung up on myself.

Card Services is a phone scam that claims to be able to lower your credit card interest rates. A recorded message says to press one to speak to a representative. I did so and a person came on the line. They asked for my credit card information. I knew it was a scam but I asked for some information about the company so that I could report them. When asked for even the most basic company information like a street address "John" the man I was speaking to became very rude, yelling at me and saying that I could keep paying high interest rates if I want. I hung up at that point. I have received several call from this company from at least three phone numbers, I have listed two above. Please stop them. I am not naive enough to tell them anything but they should not be allowed to prey on others in this way. Thank you.
