Credit Card rate reduction services. See my prior FCC Complaint 11-T00808780 of November 9, 2011, for the same recording from a different number. Why doesn't the FCC do anything to shut these telemarketer robocalls down? My number is on the do-not-call list. I'm averaging about one call per day - today I received this call on my cell phone and another on my business phone. I keep turning in these FCC reports, but I never see any action. I've spoken to my cell phone carrier (T-Mobile), and they say that there is no way to block these annoyance calls. The FCC should require that Cell phone carriers provide a way to block telemarketer numbers.
Credit card rate reduction services. This is the SECOND call today from this same number, and one of several I have received from these telemarketers. See FCC Complaint 12-T00906974 from earlier today. Can't the FCC do anything to stop this? What's the point of the National Do-Not-Call List? What's the point of filing these complaints if you never do anything?
