Service to lower interest rate on consumer debt

The message offered me savings on my credit card interest payments as my last chance. I have a credit score above 800 and do not have a credit card balance greater than 30 days. So this is of no use to me.

It's a call from "Cardholder Services" - an organization to which I have no prior relationship. I believe it's a scam. One time I did engage with the caller to figure out what they wanted, and they wanted me to switch over my debt to them and make payments to them. However, the process would take a few months, but I should start making payments right away. I did a search for this online and found many other people describing the same situation, and many of the reports suggested they were scammed out of their money. I made a call to my credit card company to see if this was a program they participated in and they told me that it was not. I get a few calls a day, about 6 days a week. The number changes periodically, but there are several numbers they call from.
