robo call, my number is on the national Do Not Call List yet they just keep calling.....GRRRRRR

I've gotten a call from this number 2 fays in a row, but they don't leave a message. I am on the Do Not Call liat, so if it's spam or telemarketing they better stop.
I don't know who but they called and I called back with it saying an agent will be with you shortly
