Got call from "private number". Patrick left a voicemail giving me "exciting news" about his finding me health insurance. He said TWICE that it was important that I call him back TODAY!!!

Caller: IRS SCAM
Had a missed call from a restricted number. Message left by a "Patrick" claiming to be calling back about insurance. Claimed to be excited to inform me with all the current changes going on, they would be able to get me coverage at a great rate by calling this number back today. This was an unsolicited call.
