same as the above messages definitely a scam

Yep, just received the same call/message. I've been contacted by the IRS before and it was NOT by phone. It was an inquiry about a return a couple years previous. NO law suit though. THESE CALLS ARE THE FRAUDs.

SCAM

Received a voicemail from this number stating that an "intentional fraud and lawsuit was being filed under my name by the United States Government" and to call the Department back at (785) 422-0017.

Same thing. Identified themselves as the IRS and that I was committing fraud and was being sued by US government. When I questioned them and told them I suspected a scam, they told me I should hang up right now and they were dispatching the FBI to my house! Lol!!!
