Rachael with credit card services

Credit card call to lower our interest rate. They call at least 3 times a week and I always press number 9 or 3 which is suppose to stop the caller from calling again !! That is a joke !! I block the number but they call with a different number!! I have pressed number 1 to talk to a representative and when I tell them I want our number taken off their calling list they hang up !!
