I get several phone calls each day and there is never a person on the line, usually it is a recording telling me to push a 1 for English or 2 for Spanish. When I push one the person answering the phone rarely speaks and if they do they don't speak clear enough English for me to understand them.
I am sick of getting phone calls while I am eating dinner but it is worse to be awakened after I have gone to bed with a phone call from something like this. I have lost so many hours of sleep because I cannot fall back to sleep for several hours after being awakened. This has to stop!
