Got a call on my cell phone twice in 2 weeks. The phone disconnects after I say 'hello'. Speak to me. Please!! Someone! Anyone!! Speak to me. Don't hang up.

This phone number called my cell phone and a recording came on instructing me to hit 9 to be connected with an account representative for "some urgent news--nothing was wrong with my account" but they wanted to give me low percentages on my credit cards--"as low as 6%." I wanted to tell them to take my number off of their list (I am on the DNC list); however, after being on hold for only about 20 seconds, they disconnected me. When I attempted to call them back, after hearing 3 loud beeps, a recording said that I had reached a non-working number. QUIT CALLING MY CELL PHONE, LOSERS!
