Leaves message in English but when you call back everything is in Spanish. Also when I dialed the number my phone automatically put a 1 in front. I believe this is one of those international call scans.

They call claiming to be from your credit card company with an offer to lower your rate.
Of course they are not my credit card company and when you press 9 to be connected with an operator as soon as you start asking who they really are they hang up the phone on your face.
When you call back there's suddenly a Spanish message.
