they call in Spanish congratulating that you had won a package to learn English and a bonus of $2500 that can be spent from a catalog they send you along with the package, then they ask for a money order for $199 to pay tax they introduced them selves as lawyers, psychology, you name it and ask for your address, name. it is a complete fraud, they said that they are working along with a government program to help immigrants to learn English so they can earn more at their work places. another number they call from is 786-410-3788 they say this is the law department to verify info to send the 2500 bonus.

They have the wrong number. Keep telling them ans they still keep calling.

I am getting really upset about this!! They keep calling me!!
