This number called me at 8:43 a.m. I called back at 9:50 a.m. to find out who they were. The call was answered as "Dynamic Recovery Solutions". I asked them to take me off their list, and the man who answered said "we don't have a list" and then proceeded to give me the last 4 of my phone number and my name. So they DO have a list. As my alarm was set for 11:50 a.m., I was not happy to be awakened by a solicitation phone call that I did not request.
