The consumer receives up to three calls daily from a Miami phone number 786-228-5499. The calls have been coming in for the past two months and the number is always the same. The calls speak in Spanish, and the consumer understands a little. She asks the company what their name is, what do they want, and is always answered with a hang up.

Appeared to be selling phones, phone service, and in the past some sort of investment. I do not speak Spanish fluently, so between the "product" changing from call to call it's difficult to discern.

Spam: said i had won some thing and tried to sell me some thing after i told them i did not win some thing. it is a SCAM from number 1 786 228 5499 Caller ID and Text says it is BK AGENCIE and Unknown also may be linked to 1 612 977 2323 also 1 515 978 2525
