A Jacob Adams &/or Derick Anderson from Financial Crime Dept called from 786-272-6522 stating I had an "outstanding debt" from Advance Payday Plus (or Advance Payday Loan) and that if I did not pay it off by tomorrow, 4-26-13 that action would be taken against me and that I had some choices to be made today ie: now. 1. Pay off the "loan" all of it $625.00 2. Go to the courthouse, blah blah blah 3. O.O.C.R=Out of Code R----- (couldn't understand him-indian/middle eastern accent). He was asking me how I wanted to take care of it. I knew what he was doing so I was playing along and told him I would take care of it when I got paid, he was getting irritated and he asked when do I get paid and I said tomorrow or Sat. and he said when can I call you tomorrow and I said you don't need to call me. And I hung up.

He called me back right away (I forgot to mention he called me at my work # when I wasn't here) at a different work # that I called him on and I said, "hello?" he said, "why did you hang up? and do you not want to take care of your debt? I said, "I do not want you to call me at my work number or the one I had called you at or I will call the police." He said, "Fine, I don't want you anyways."

A caller named Lloyd Davis claims that I need to call him or let my attorney call him or just wish me good luck if I don't return the call

Called and stated i owed them money nd better pay or i am going to be in civil court and 90 days in jail.
