another number used by so called US Pharmacy. Trying to sell medications and collect personally identifiable information

This number has been calling our unlisted, registered with "Do Not Call" phone number since February. They are trying to sell prescription only drugs, which is illegal here in the Unites States. By doing a search of the number on the White Pages "reverse phone lookup", it will normally show the service provider, which is Peerless Network for 786-275-5013. On Peerless Network's website is an explanation that they are not a telemarketing company and are only the service provider, etc, etc. they give an option, via a link to email them, to notify the "owner of record" (telephone number) to stop calling. I attached the link (below). On that link you'll be directed to provide them (Peerless Network) your home phone number and the number that is calling, in this case 786-275-5013. Their site states they will notify whomever it is that's using 786-275-5013 to stop calling. Well, I've notified Peerless for the 3rd time today and let them know if the calls continue I will report Peerless Network to the Better Business Bureau. I've already reported them to "Do Not Call" after the second request failed to stop these calls. Many providers will have these numbers stop calling. They need to be hounded but not just me but others like yourselves. If the calls continue, report the provider to DNC or BBB. That may get results.

always asks for despite telling them no one goes by that name

These people are calling me 3 - 5 times a day to sell viagra type medication ... I have told them each and every time to put me on the do not call list. They continue to call, and this evening they tried selling me pain killers - even after being informed that PA is a non-rebuttal state ... Totally ridiculous.
