someone from this phone number keeps calling my home, job, friends about a fraud incident....

Some guy called me and and started telling in Bad English that I am convicted of check and bank fraud and will have legal action against me for not paying some $300.oo loan, when I asked who the loan was from , he didn't tell me, then he said see you in court and hung up. Frustrated I called him back, this guy called some serious emotional distress. Not only did I not have any loans, this prick threatened me and had all of my information. I called the police right away and filed a police report. Just even scared to look at my credit, these idiots had all of my info. This is identity theft.

This person will call your job and call u all day report this number to the police

This is a scam, they have been trying to scam me for 6 months, I have already reported them to the F.T.C. Do not give them any info. If they have called you once they will call you again using a different firm name. Once you call them out as a scam they get irate with you and hang up.

This morning I received a call similar to the one above where the man from Anderson Law Firm who didn't speak good english. My number is a business phone number and it is my specific line. He asked for a person who isn't even employed here. The first time he called, he left a message and without even confirming who he was leaving a message with, he gave me all of the information about the call. The legal reason for calling and even some personal information about the mystery man he was looking for. I also hear lots of others in the background. This was the first call i had gotten from this number and the man sounded as if he had called many times and was annoyed that he was calling again. In the message he said he had called many times and to no reply. The man called again and this time i answered the call. He was very short with me and asked for Paul Miyoshi. I told him that this was a business and that nobody works here by that name. To which he actually said to me, "Are you sure about that Miss?" I continued to assure him that this was a business and he continued to ask for Paul. When I finally lost it and began to give him attitude to match his, he said, "No worries maam, thank you" and hung up.

Receved a call from Anderson Law Firm telling me that I have committed fraud and that their clients are suing me. I will receive something in the mail within 48 hours and that the police will be coming to pick me up to take me to court. The client is suppose to be Cash Advance America, I believe that is what he was saying. He was a foreigner that didn't speak English very well. It sound like he said his name was Andrew. That was a lot of talking in the background. They had my email address, home address.
