Just received the same phone call from "David Gray" as noted in other complaints (enforcement action by the US Treasury Department). This phone number should be shut down. IRS or the US Treasury Department never initiate phone contact.

yes almost everyday there is this voice mail. My recorder did not catch his name but it is about a federal offense, I've ignored it numerous times but it is annoying after a while.

"An enforcement action executed by the United States treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid an issue appearance before magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 786-358-0999. I repeat it's 786-358-0999. I'd like you to cooperate with us and help with your help. Thank you." SCAM!!!

Got a call from this number saying they were from the Treasury Department and that I owe back taxes and they will send an officer to arrest me in the next 40 minutes if I hang up. I hung up...bring it...
