Only when phone companies are FORCED to list, for free, the names and address of the scum who run these scams will we be able to do something. Fines do nothing, Our government does nothing (go figure, they will do better with health care I am sure. NOT)

Only when outraged people show up at their call centers and raise a little hell will this stop.
