Caller ID says "Easy College", recorded message says I can lower my credit card interest rate. It offers, "hit 3 to stop these calls" -doesn't work. Hit 1 to talk to operator, gives an operator, but when they are told that hitting 3 doesn't work, they hang up. This call happens daily, sometimes several times a day. Get calls at least once a week from Rachel at Cardholder Services, CALL ALL HRS OF THE DAY AND EVENING EVERY DAY !! This has been going on for months. I don't have a mortgage and DO NOT need these services and even if I did I surely now would not go to them for help. These calls are coming out of Florida and I live in Ohio.
