I have 8 different phone numbers for this company. I tried the "Press 3" option. I have tried talking to the representatives and I have tried blocking the company. Nothing works. So, today, after logging calls and times for October I filed a complaint with the FCC. I gave them ALL the numbers that I have.

You can file a complaint with the FCC. Just log information for several calls before filing.

Card Services (no messages left now-they call and when no answer (I use caller ID to screen) they hang up. In the past I spoke with them and hit #3 from their list to stop calls but it does not stop!! Multiple phone numbers used! 10/17 5:02 pm 570-540-0492;10/15 10:57 am 609-318-9785 all caller id as CARD SERVICES. Stop this company please!! See previous complaint for additional calls made to my residence!

Card services: lower your interest rate. They have called many times before. Asking to be removed has had no effect: "press 3 to be removed." I have a photo of the caller ID: name, number and time.

Rachel from cardholder services. There are currently no problems with your account. We would like to lower your interest. Do you have credit card balance over 5000? What is your interest? What credit cards? Are they in good standings? Have you ever been late? What is the banking credit card telephone number? What is the credit card number.

There is always a recording saying they're "Cardmember services to reduce your credit card interest rate". It's a SCAM. I've tried "pressing 3" to take my number off their list, and I've asked to speak to supervisor. Every time I ask for supervisor they either laugh, or say blah blah blah, or just talk giberish. They have called every day for months and all hours of the day!

I just learned that if your phone service is with Comcast you can press *60 and follow the instructions on how to block a phone number. I hope it works!!
