Started w/recorded message, to lower my credit card rate press 1, person with accent answered, I told him I was recording the call (which I have not way to do) and reporting this call to the FCC & to stop calling. He laughed. I hung up (after wishing him a horrible day - not nice of me but I am outraged at the constant calls from all of these fraudsters). I have had many previous calls with same recorded message left on my voice mail. A search of the number indicates the number may be spoofed. I guess that's your job to find out. Being on the do not call list apparently only works for legitimate companies, not many recorded junk messages left on my phone. I did not save other calls on my caller ID so can't give other dates and times.

Credit card security, but I know it is a scam and they have called at least ten times in the past two months. The caller ID info is screened, but the phone number shows up in my log.

They keep calling wanting to lower our interest rate on our credit cards. We don't carry any balances on our cards so this is not even needed to begin with. They hang up everytime I mention the DO NOT CALL list, but still get numerous calls from them from different phone numbers or it shows private phone number on caller id
