I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer the call. I thought my phone rang once but two calls showed up in my Missed Calls log. One showed up as +7863786369 and the other as 011 7863786369. If this were a U.S. phone number, there would be a 1 after the plus sign. 011 are the digits you dial when you're in the U.S. and you want to call a foreign country that doesn't participate in the North American Numbering Plan. According to Wikipedia, this phone number is in Russia (country code 7), in their area code 863, and the phone number is written 786-36-9. (It was 1:17 - 1:18 AM their time when my phone rang.)
