medical procedures. Consumer has received calls for about a month. The caller says that they have her medical records, and see that she has a 'bladder sling' - she has not had this medical procedure done, and does not know how this group would have gotten her medical records. Has asked them to take her off their calling list, but she is still receiving the calls.

She received a call on her cell phone asking if she takes birth control pills. He wanted to know if she wanted to sue the birth control companies. When she asked to be taken off the list he said “You want to lick my dick” and “You want me to lick your pussy”. She was very upset because she had her phone on speaker and her 2 small children heard this. When she called back it went to a mailbox that said was full. CTR353

They ask if I have ever had any surgeries or have been on certain medications. I don't ever let them get far enough to sale me anything. They have called probably ten times in the last three weeks and I have asked many times to be taken off their calling list.
