Keeps telling me my social security number will be black listed can barely understand a word he says. It sounds like a load if bs.

some guy with a bad accent told me he was a lawyer and i had a law suit against me for a payday loan and they could help me if not i was going to jail n he read me the riot act and i knew something was up so i told him to get on his camel n go back to iran so 5 minutes later they called from the same number saying it was the sheriff and i needed to call him back or i would be evicted from my home that one he left on my voice mail these guys need to b put in jail i can handle my self but there r people that dont know how these guys work there has to b something we can do

Hey brother i just a had the SAME PHONE CALL today !! lol thats what he told ME but he said i Had 5 counts of Bad bank information and that i was doing thing for Months .. i LMAO ,, and TOLD HE HEY !! what Country are you FROM !!! then he would not give up his Name and why i was BEing SUED .. then said how would you like to handle thing pay not or Take this to COURT ? I SAID LETS DO THIS AND TAKE THIS TO COURT ! ,, Then the A Rab Hung up the phone on ME .. i was like what no you just didn't ... SO i went to a web Site called FTC.. and gave them there number and why they where calling me .. NOW HOPE the FTC will put there ass in Jail !!!!

Calls all the time claiming I have a lawsuit filed against me but when I call back nobody answers so annoying!!!

I am experiencing the same thing . . . 2 different heavy accent Indian men calling me over and over. They have my name correct and last 4 of my social security number correct. I asked them to stop calling my job phone and yet they continue. They call my cell phone as well.

I think its some kind of scam or spam to get money out of you. These men have indian accents. One is named jason miller. The name of their so called company is called usa legal service. They try to get money out of you and say that if you dont pay they will have your local police dept come and arrest you. Its a scam!!

This is a scam they are trying to get money out of you. Indian accent man stating your name and the last digits of your social security number. Do not give them any of your info!!

I keep telling them that I don't know the girl they are looking for and they keep calling evem though I've asked them to stop calling. I even gave them my first name when asked for it and until I blocked that number called me harrassing me about going to jail.
