This call came from Pro Care. It's an online computer service. Called to say I had paid $299 last year for services and that they wanted to "refund" my money because the company was closing. ALERT They want to "ACCESS" my computer in order for me to hook up with thier manager and get my money back. I hung up. He called me back and asked why I was wasting his time. I told him I was suspicious that this was a scam. Promised me it wasn't. I continued with his instruction. When he wanted me to "download" and "RUN" something I was SURE it was a scam and hung up for the second time. He called back and I did not answer. BE WARE!!!!!!!!
