I receive 1 call from this company everyday Mon-Fri exactly at 9:30am. I never answer it and they never leave a voicemail. I decided one day to call them back using my office phone. A guy answered asking, "Are you returning a call or first time caller?" I asked the name of the company and he asked "Are you returning a call?" I told him yes, he then asked me if I'm returning the call using the same number that they called me, I told him yes (I lied of course) and he then went ahead and said that this number does not come up in their records (they obviously have caller id). I asked again what company is this i have the right to know, he then rudely said he was going to transfer me to a representative and to have my real number ready to give to the rep. i hung up after that.
