I am getting phone calls from NCPT on a regular basis, and I have not answered any of these calls, I know better. I block them and they just call from another number. I have had this happen in the past with a local number would call as many as 10 times a day all with different numbers. I filed complaint after complaint, but was told no way to stop these calls. I finally had to change my phone number. I do not even have a mobile phone. I just have the old fashion land line.
