I have received calls a few times from this number. When I say: "Hello...." No one answers. Today a lady said: "Her name was Cindy (with heavy accent)...." went on to tell me she was calling from Florida Power and Light and that if I was spending more than $60 a month in electricity, I was able to take advantage of a program to cover expenses.... she asked how much I paid.... and I told her: "No, thank you" and hung up. This is totally a scam. FPL knows how much each customer pays a month... they have no need to ask you....
