This was mostly texts asking if you want to apply for a grant. (You don't pay to apply for
grants.) Please don't give any personal information out. EVER. Scam claims to be an Instagram person you follow with a slightly different user name. Language is broken too..Told them that they are being reported to the US Department of Justice. Poof instantly gone. Please be safe and smart out there everyone. If it sounds to good to be true...it's a scam.
