There is a reason that these scammers don't talk when you pick up the phone. They never talk. Here is why! They want you to call back, that way they have a name list with correct numbers associated. They in turn sell this information to other malevolent con artists who masquerade as computer repair techs or redemption cons that want your financials. This is the purpose of the no talker phone calls. The initial list of numbers are sold to them under the table by your very own phone company along with clandestine info to help them scam you. These cons always use your area code fake numbers to get you to call back. Now you know the whole scam story.

They say I was chosen b/c of shopping at Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy or Target. I am eligible for 2 $100 vouchers to be used at those stores. I must agree to pay $8.00 shipping and to review some kind of shoppers program. Pffffft I said I'd read this was a scam and he immediately began speaking defensively, got louder and faster. He said " if you thought this was a scam then why did you call?" I said I was just checking so I could let others know.
