Black male subject called and sounded like he was either on drugs or retarded.. ask for someone that doesn't live here anymore... Asked what he wanted with that person and he hung up on me...

Just called my cell phone wanting to speak to a David Young. This is no longer his phone number and they need to quit calling me. And the woman on the phone was a foreigner!
