These calls are from India. They sell fake drugs. They have been pestering me for years. They will not remove you from their list and will keep calling you over and over, sometimes up to 10 times in the same day. India is a failed lawless country. We should sue the Indian ambassador.

Did not answer this time, but not first time calling - also saying online pharmacy. Will be blocking this number
They keep changing numbers. Your block may work for a few weeks at most. Wish the US Attorney would go after these scammers.
