Kenny Alfred Brumfield, 63, of the south Marion community of Summerfield, and his son Bruce Brumfield, 35, of Ocala, were being held on $250,000 in the Lake County jail.
Each is charged with one count of armed robbery.
Another son, Kenny Alfred Brumfield II, 37, whose address was unknown, was being held on an identical charge and bail amount in the Marion County jail.
The eldest Brumfield, clad in a black satin jacket with ''Rambo'' stitched on the front, was arrested a few blocks from Empire of America Savings Bank in Southside Shopping Center.
Police said two men wearing ski masks pulled guns in the savings and loan about 3 p.m. and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Officer George Rebusman chased their car until it ran into a parked boat in a west Leesburg yard.
The driver ran, but the passenger, the elder Brumfield, heeded Rebusman's order to stop. Officers found money and guns in the car.
Shortly after dark, after an intense police search near Leesburg High School, Brumfield's younger son was picked up by Leesburg detectives at a service station on Dixie Avenue.
Kenny Brumfield II was arrested by the FBI and Marion authorities early Wednesday.
Leesburg police said they believed he fled from the Leesburg robbery scene in another vehicle.
Leesburg Police Chief Jim Brown said Wednesday he is asking anyone who saw a white Toyota pickup in the vicinity of the bank during the time of the robbery to contact the police department.
