They said are calling from Oriental Bank in my case, telling me if we possible to record the conversation in order to better calling purposes, I said NO, they telling me in rude tone we can't continue the call. Hanged out fast. After that I received a email from the bank saying "thanks for the call and the name of the "rep". Email's domain seems real, but in nowadays anything is possible. Even scammers can work as an employee from the bank (this case).
