They offered to lower my credit card interest rates. I said I'm not interested and to put me on their do not call list, and informed them that I am on the National Do Not Call list. Has called back twice since then, and again I told them to put me on their do not call list.

I've received these robocalls from various caller IDs on my Do-Not-Call cell phone about twice a week, why haven't you stopped this spammer and shut him down yet? He just keeps changing caller IDs and calls again and again offering to reduce my credit card debt. I have pressed 1 some of the times and when an operator answered I notified them that I was on the Do-No-Call list and they would hang up before I could tell them to remove me from their calling list. Shut them down, myself and millions of other people are being pestered by this company and you have yet to shut them down!!!!

Reduce my credit card interest rates. Over the last six months we have received six to eight calls a week, as many as three in one day. Starts with a recording; then you push #1 to receive an operator. When you ask the operator to identify their company, they hang up. The next day they are back with a new call.
