They claim that it was a credit card reduction service that can lower my interest rate. The claim it is my final notice, but I have been receiving a final notice for 6 months now. Same recording different number each time.

calls daily. refuses to stop calling. reps get very rude when asked to stop and start cussing at me then hang up.
