C2redit card debt refinancing at lower interest rates. When they asked for the last 4 of my social security number I asked them who I was providing that to and they said they were a "Financial services company affiliated with all major banks and credit cards.". When again asked who they were specifically they hung up.

credit card interest rate reduction; we have received several calls from this organization, but have not documented the date and times since the last complaint filed
Credit services. Call was received in the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office while reporting previous telemarketing call earlier in the day. (Sheriff's Event number 12-058-0196S, FCC complaint #12-T00881461) Both Deputy Holdener and I were present with the call on speakerphone. Both of us asked the representative to remove this number from their calling database. Representative responded "Blah, blah" and hung up.
