Rachel from card holder services offered a lower interest rate on my credit cards. I have never contacted this person or company and they refuse to remove any numbers from their lists. They call at least 2 times each week.

They have called my cell phone (on donotcall.gov list) SEVERAL times. Prerecorded message says "we've been trying to contact you; this is your last and final chance to lower your credit card debt."

urgent call regarding my credit cards. However, I have no credit cards and haven't for years. I do have debit cards. They want you to press a number key to be connected to a live person. I have told them repeatedly that this number is on the do not call registry and that I have no credit cards and to stop calling me.
