If I want to lower my credit card interest press one. The call once a month. When I tell them I am on the 'do not call list' they hang up or claim I called them. They also say press 2 to be removed from their list but that doesn't work either as I have tried multiple times.
This company is all over the internet for these types of calls. Why can't they be stopped?

The company states every time they call with a pre-recorded message that it's the Second and final call to reduce my interest rates. after pressing one and speaking with a representative. I ask for them to stop calling me and they hang up. They then call a few days later and the same thing happens.

It makes it sound like it is one of your existing credit card companies calling to lower your credit card rate. It is very convincing...then press 1 for an attendant
