Someone keeps calling on daily basis from this number.I answered the phone and this recorded message comes on a out collecting debt and than a live person comes and gives me a bunch of excuses that its a recorded message and theres nothing he can do about.It old him it needs to stop and I will report to FCC and he states do what you have to do.

This number keeps showing up on my caller I.D. and I don't know who they are. I am disabled and sometimes it is hard for me to get to the phone before they hang up on me. Is there anything you can do to stop these people?
