Group Health Cooperative is receiving faxes from this number (with no pharmacy name) stating our patient is unhappy with their current diabetic supplier and the fax includes a prescription with diabetic testing supplies that needs a doctor's signature. This is a scam and patients have not ok'd these requests but if the doctor signs the order and faxes is back the patient could be billed for these supplies/ services. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMS.
