put a message on my computer......got $400.00 from me........and i have a bad computer........now...........stupid

I went on line for a live chat for help with my Epson printer. Ended calling this number and talking to Shybham Agarwal. I gave him permission to remotely enter my computer. The company name on line was Bomgar Support Customer Client. He was very angry when I wouldn't buy the product. He had my phone number and I told him he'd better never call me. Right up to the end he kept telling me that I needed his product right away because all those nasty worms were destroying my new computer

same over here though I was talking to a technician from canon and his name is gaurav Sharma a lead technician he install a lot of stuff and my computer and nothing to do with the printer then when I ask him to leave my computer he was giving me hard time. this is a scam

Same here. I thought I was calling Sony Technical Support and got transferred twice to a guy named Ankit who pretended to care but it ended with a big sales pitch. I was having problems with one of my photo editing tools now none of them work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and that seems to work for some. He was rude and indignant when I said "NO!" and tried to deleted all the info from the Word Pad (below). I disconnected him and then did an Undo. I feel sooo scammed and upset I firmly believe he downloaded more malware on my computer as we spoke... They have to pretend to "save" your computer but are only removing things they load onto it and it will cost you $200/year because as he said they will reappear, nothing can be done about that.
